I give very few 5 star reviews. I try to save those for sellers that promote great communication, fix mistakes immediately, have to rectify problems, for stores/sellers that I’ve dealt with on a regular basis, the product and/or customer service is consistently good. I didn’t mean offend if that’s happened, I see a 4 star review as still being a good review. I just like to leave room for those times that require extraordinary customer service.
