Hi Brenda, I am the seller of the Kenneth Cole boots. I sent them out on the 13th I believe and I just found out they have not arrived. I will try to do a search and file a missing package claim w USPS, and you can as well. I myself was sent a package on Dec 1st, and they couldn’t find it, until I submitted a claim-even then, it did not arrive until Dec 24th!
Anyway, let me see what I can find out and I’ll let u know. As USPS says, thanks for your patience

Thank you! I appreciate you checking into it. I sent a package to someone on eBay and it arrived empty, so I know it’s not been a good year for shipping. 😉
