vintagetrendz Hey, the waist bag I was supposed to send you got accidentally sent to another buyer and the wrong item was shipped to you, i apologize for this mix up as I let the post office person put the labels on and I wasn’t paying close attention as I should have. This obviously was an innocent mistake! and one I’m not gonna repeat and will put labels on myself from now on. Once again I’m sorry for the mix up and hopefully we can sort this little inconvenience out smoothly. 😊🙏

vintagetrendz Hi Brandi , I also contacted poshmark customer service earlier about this mixup and they told me to let you know that you should file a return case, as they will further assist with labels to swap the orders. I suppose your supposed to file it when you receive the shipment Hopefully this can fix this label mixup and get the package resent. My deepest apologies! 😕

vintagetrendz @brandirocs Hi, I received a message from poshmark customer service telling me that wrong package did get delivered to you and shows on tracking shipping record, and that you informed them that you were unable to locate it. Clearly the item did make it to your address, as the other person that received the other wrong package as well did notify poshmark that they received wrong package days ago. Hopefully you’ll be able to locate it. 😔

brandirocs @vintagetrendz I believe it was an automated message. I don’t think an actual person has read my message. I explained that I received the wrong item but the tracking number was correct. They sent a message telling me the package was delivered and to look on my porch lol. I live in an apartment

vintagetrendz @brandirocs ok so if you live in an apartment the label should have your mail box number on it and the postal service would have delivered it to your box not obviously a porch.
