Sorry I had the same problem with that seller never shipping. Then she finally responded and said they were returned and the order cancelled. Funny she couldn't provide a shipping number and I process USPS so I know they just don't get returned. So then she asked if I still wanted the shoes I needed them for work so I purchased again and contacted Posh told them what happened and funny they were shipped the next day.
