I’m so sorry I accidentally sent you the wrong item. The person who got your beanie is going to send it back to me. She would also like her dress. The item was delivered to you yesterday, can you please file a claim so we can get those swapped? I know this is massively inconvenient and I really apologize! This is my first mistake like this!

Hi. No worries at all. I imagine it would be easy to do when mailing multiple things. I did get the dress yesterday and figured that’s what happened— was just going to write to you — what does it mean to file a claim? I’m happy to mail the dress back to you ASAP. Or if the other buyer would consent to sharing her address, I could send it directly to her. Thanks.

@jbp26 thank you for getting back to me! This has been a huge bummer, I feel so bad for inconveniencing everyone! Have you seen my other messages? I filed a claim already that you were shipped the wrong item and Poshmark was supposed to contact you. If you click on the page where it tells you to accept your item or file a claim there will be an option for you to say you got the wrong thing. Poshmark will create a new label to mail it back.
