carenlsolberg Hi. Thank you for purchasing the Leslie Tote. It's pristine. I love bags and have so many, but only used this once. I wrapped it in bubble wrap to protect the hardware. I sent it today. Just as a precaution, don't use a box cutter/razor to open the box since there is only bubble wrap in between the bag and the box. Have a great day!
