I tried very hard to pack it well. That’s so sad. ☹️. I will reach out to Poshmark and find out about how you get your money refunded.

yearntoearnbern @pudd42 Unfortunately, Poshmark will not allow me to send you my email on this chat. I have reached out to them to try and resolve but haven’t heard back. I have shipped many items with no problems. Not blaming, just claiming what insurance I paid for on this unfortunate event.
