Hi. I’ve never gotten 2 stars ever. It looks exactly like the photos and I never wrote it was a delicate piece. It’s a one of a kind gorgeous piece. If you personally don’t like it, you don’t give someone 2 stars! This is my business. You should of just returned it and opened a case. I would rather have the beautiful necklace back!

Please change the review. That stays on there forever! That is just not right to do to someone when you personally just don’t like the item. Again i never said this was a delicate piece nor does it look dainty in photos. If you change it (which you can), I would even send you a free item even. But I do NOT deserve 2 stars. You should of just opened a case and get your money back. I would of approved it.

The only option it allows me to do is repost it. I am not a seller so I do not know how to do that nor do I want to do that. It says that the money was already disbursed and the sale is final. As a seller would you contact Poshmark and ask them what you can do to allow me to return the item so I can get a refund. Thank you so much

We apologize, but once the funds are released to the seller, the sale is complete and cannot be reversed for a return or refund. If they have any concerns about their order, please have them reach out to us directly so that we can better assist them"
