janicezalesnik Hello! You purchased some jeans from me that I shipped Saturday morning. By that afternoon I realized I shipped the wrong size! I am so sorry! I contacted Poshmark right away to see if they would issue me another label so I could get the right size to you without a delay, but they replied that you will have to contact them when you get the incorrect item. They will assist you at that time. I didn’t realize I had two pair of the same brand jeans in different sizes. My apologies.

janicezalesnik @nefertiti838 the message I received from Poshmark said they reached out to you to let you know to open a “received wrong item” case. I am assuming they will send you a return label and send me another label to ship the correct size to you. Not sure because this is the first time I’ve done this. Whether they have done this or not, they should be reaching out to you again soon because I sent them another message yesterday.

janicezalesnik Hello. I received a msg from PM saying u will need to reach out to them directly & let them know u received the wrong item. I guess they will send u a label to ship it back to me & then I can get one to ship the correct size to u. If u go to the app, click on the little icon on the bottom far right that has your account info, then click on PM support center, then click on contact PM support. If they do not help to your satisfaction, let me know & I will ship the jeans to u myself.

janicezalesnik @nefertiti838 I am so sorry. If you will send me your address I will mail the jeans to you tomorrow. I don’t have access to your address anymore, so that is why I am requesting it. You can just keep the size 10. You shouldn’t have to pay anything to correct my mistake. Again, I apologize. I have been trying to get a shipping label from poshmark since the very first day but they made me wait. But ultimately the mistake is my fault.
