@bmoul1969 if you’re on your phone- go to the bottom right that has your icon of you (hit that) which will take you to “payment methods” to update your cc.

@bmoul1969 on computer- it’s top right (your icon pix), will take you into a page that has my payment methods on left. OR, if you check your email Poshmark should have sent an email indicating how to update info to finalize your purchase (?).

I called the credit card company. They declined it orginally because they thought it was fraud activity. I vertified that it was me doing the transaction. Did it go through now

@bmoul1969 No it didn’t go through. If you just update the credit card anyway that will make the Poshmark system try again (even though it’s the same info). Sorry that you’re having difficulties.

@bmoul1969 Ok, when you log on next resubmit & I’ll accept. If cc is fixed it should go through without issue. Poshmark Sellers do NOT have access to your cc info so I can’t resubmit on my end. But it’s cancelled so it should go through.
