anneshsu Hello I got your Diana doll today. I think it was during transit that the face cracked on the right side but can’t see it that much so I super glued it to make sure it doesn’t crack more. I did a research and found out this doll is very rare and it is beautiful so I gladly keep it. Thank you for sending it so quickly with a discounted price.

nugiesbas @anneshsu Good Morning, I’m deeply sorry to hear the doll was damaged. It was never removed from the original packaging. The manufacturer secured it well. I added bubble wrap around the box to keep it from moving in the box when in transit. It was insured. Let me know how you want to proceed. I sincerely apologize.
