I'm sorry you are not satisfied with your purchase. If you look at the product photos, there is no tag, and I even stated that in the description. The item was never washed. I ordered it, tried it on, and took it off. I pride myself in giving accurate descriptions so I can maintain my 5 star rating. If you would like a refund, you can submit an order inquiry, rather than lower someone's rating.
