Hi! I'm Ashley. At this point I'm mostly shopping here rather than selling, but I plan to upload a few things sometime in 2022. I'm an author/illustrator for picture books, and I've lived all over the US, but am currently based in California. My favorite brands are Ace & Jig, Elizabeth Suzann (alas, gone now), and Dôen. I also love sewing and knitting my own clothing. I prefer natural fibers such as linen and wool, and try to opt for organic cotton when possible for environmental reasons. I'm passionate about environmental justice and combating climate change, and I really like that Poshmark offers a way to break out of the larger capitalist consumer cycle and bring new life to already-loved clothing. I typically wear a size S/M or 6/8, but as I write this I'm 7 months pregnant, so these pre-pregnancy sizes are likely to change after baby arrives. My own pre-pregnancy measurements are 38" bust, 29" waist, 39" hips, and all of the clothing that I plan to sell has fit me at this size.

danintran77 Hi Ashley! I just read your bio and loved it! Totally resonated with me. I too opt for a more natural fiber (wool, linen, hemp, cotton, leather) and sustainable closet. Most brands I shop now are either handmade slow fashion. Some of those items will be appearing here on poshmark in the near future, and as I’ve searched, are hard to find anyone else selling them.
