bsbower hey there first off I would like to thank you for purchasing my Puma custom tennis shoes however there is a small problem. When I saw that you had ordered them I took them outside to spray them down with a couple coats of waterproofer. after they had dried I brought them inside and my phone rang so I set them down and got sidetracked. Well I have new puppies in my home and one of them must have gotten a hold of his shoe and did a little bit of chewing on the heel.

bsbower so once I saw this I immediately ran out to a couple of shoe stores in my town to see if I could find the original Pumas that were white before I custom painted them and thought if I could recreate them for you I would do that and get them shipped out in time. unfortunately again I could not find those same shoes or even anything similar in an all white Puma that would work.

bsbower So now I have a few options for you and again I'm so sorry about this. so they are not completely destroyed by any means it is just the heel of one shoe that got a little chewed up so I was thinking I could attempt to repair it the best I could and offer you a discount if you're still interested or we could just cancel the order all together.

bsbower lastly, if you wanted to wait a little bit longer I could still try and find those shoes at a couple of stores in the town closest to me that's a little bit bigger than mine. Then I can replace create them and get them out to you as soon as they are dried. so do any of these options seem like something that would work for you? Again I'm really really sorry about this and I hope we can make it so you're happy.!
