mpollock79 You look amazing and from your pic, I was wondering cause you didn’t look big enough to wear some of those sizes. I did the same thing in 2006. I went from a 24 down to a 4 and felt great. Everyone else said I lost too much. But be careful. All it took was one can of Coke to get me started on sugar again and I gained a lot of weight. I’m up to an 18 again. It’s no fun and miserable. You should be very proud of yourself.
