Hi Anne, Poshmark isn’t allowing me to send you more texts on that thread. I contacted Poshmark support but haven’t heard back yet. I did not insure the package because I just used the Poshmark shipping label. I thought they insured it? Idk what to do. I’m very upset about this.

@laurenard923 I know I am too :/ I think I’m in shock. So sorry this is happening, I can’t believe it happened. Hopefully the Poshmark label means it’s insured. I just don’t want you to lose money on that bag! This feels violating and gross!

Thanks for reaching out to us and I'm so sorry to hear this. In order to further assist, I kindly ask that you have the buyer reach out to us directly. They will need to file a formal return case and submit photos/descriptions of their received item. Rest assured that we have a process in place to assist both of you.”
