@mksimmonsrt I never expected the bag was new and knew there to be blemishes (plenty). I know the cost of Tumi, and appreciate I got a very good deal. The bag is too strongly perfumed. I don't know if you spray them but... I am keeping the bag mostly because I like everything else and airing/baking soda helpful. What made me definitely not pursue a refund is your thinly veiled "good luck getting my approval". Not worth the hassle that your note portends.
