I contacted Poshmark Support by email this morning. They say they will be in touch. I notice that there is a request that sellers can make on the support site - they don't want you to handle it yourself. Don't worry - I imagine this happens now and then. Email them yourself and we'll see what happens tomorrow - I presume I will get a label for the backpack too.
