Anita- you just put cashed some Frye shoes from me and left me a rating of 3 stars stating I could improve as the shoes were not clean?? I pride myself on excellent customer service, so I was curious what wasn’t clean about the shoes?? Thank you for helping me to improve!

They were a little more worn looking than the pictures made them look. There were worn places under the front edges on both of them and a little on the edges of the hieals that didn't show up in the pictures or at least I couldn't see them.
