quen_k Hi Angie, I see you're not satisfied with your order. I'm really sorry that it wasn't as you expected. I encourage buyers to ask questions before buying. As mentioned in description that the bracelet is a costume jewelry so it could be plastic as I never mentioned what it was made of. It's better to ask beforehand than to have a problem later.
