I just bought my first item typically how long does it take for someone to ship it to you and for that process to begin? Sorry I’m anxious lol I just bought it last night 😁 it’s so beautiful and I can not wait to see it! It states nothing is wrong with it I hope not it just looks so perfect!

@angiek505 Hi Angelina, the seller has up to three days to ship your item. Out of courtesy to the buyer the seller can give you a copy of the tracking number. Linda

@angiek505 yes Angelina, all sales have to go through poshmark so they can get their percentage from our sales and they also need to collect the state tax .

@angiek505 The Processing starts as soon as the seller sends your item out even though poshmark has taken your money they will hold it from the seller until you accept your item.

@fire_glow_gem okay, so my order still says awaiting shipment I don’t get how it all works lol I’m just very anxious for what I ordered lol is there a way to contact the seller? Only if it’s a long shipping process if she still hasn’t shipped I may need to change the address if it’s possible because I have to move by September 30th I mean as long as it’s here before then I’m fine lol

@angiek505 🌹 You are soo very welcome to ask me about any of your poshmark concerns Angelina ❣️ Go to her closet and select the item you bought. At the bottom of the description select Comments and then write your message to her. If you bought the item on Friday and she mailed it out on Saturday before 12 noon your item could still be waiting to go out tomorrow morning or by the afternoon.

Once she gives it to the post office she can’t make it come to you any faster. You should get your item Tuesday or Wednesday of this coming week. All my sales have been reaching my buyers with in 3 to 4 days.

@angiek505 Make sure you give your post office your new address as soon as possible (Monday-so that then they get your package it can be sent to you at your new address if you will be gone in two weeks.

@angiek505 Oh by the way , when I first started with my closet in 2014 I had many questions to ask also about everything. It took me a long time to understand how things worked. It still says awaiting shipment 🤷♀️ she marked it as sold but still no tracking information yet I don’t understand and or why she won’t even respond?!? Ughh I hope she doesn’t like change her mind :( I’m so anxious for my purchase it’s unreal! I’m in love with the thing!

@angiek505 Good morning Angelina . I found the seller. Looks like she hasn’t been logged on poshmark since August 10th. She hasn’t talked to anyone and I see your comments.
She is a college student so school may have started up again which leaves little time for poshmark.
Whichever payment account you used to purchase this mirror I would like you to check it out to see if poshmark took their money out and on what day.

@angiek505 I would like you to check your news feed for messages from poshmark. If for some reason poshmark can’t get your funds they will let you know. When someone hits the buy button the SOLD sign automatically pops up even if it was a mistake. Once that happens the seller can not take that off. Poshmark controls those signs.

@angiek505 I would probably say there is a hold up at your banking institution, not releasing money to poshmark. If there is no tracking number she can’t send it out until poshmark gets their money. Again the seller has no control over that. This happens a lot. I’m sure is is anxious to sell you her mirror. Once a item is listed usually if the seller changes their mind they will take it off or put their not for sale up.

@fire_glow_gem okay sorry I didn’t know that I apologize:( but I just seen they did email me back they said they reached out to the seller but they didn’t say what came of it they just said if I don’t get it in a certain tome I can cancel then they said I can also message her on the post and I did that lol no answer so I don’t know if they got ahold of her or what I don’t want to cancel it I’m eager to get it now they say she has seven days to ship it since I ordered it I don’t know

@fire_glow_gem so I ended up canceling that order unfortunately:( I just ordered one similar hoping for better results with communication and the shipping and ever:/ we’ll see this one is a hair smaller but just about the exact same even saved me a little money!!I just didn’t feel very comfortable with that purchase for some reason and I did feel as though she truly wanted to sell it I just had bad feelings in it
