shopaholic765 @loriannschmidt I contacted leather spa. The link can be removed but then the option is to replace it with a similar link or somehow try to connect the chain again but then I would be worried it would crack another link. The other option is to give it to Chanel and see what they would do with it. More than likely nothing since the bag is vintage and they wouldn’t have any extra pieces.
