@katyb502 for some reason my order says delivered on Posh. I have not received my order and USPS tracking still shows it in transit from Detroit since June 9th. Not sure what I should do?

@suzyq_1974 hello! I'm not sure what to do...my order has not been delivered. USPS tracking still is showing in transit as of June 13th with the package last being scanned in Alabama...Any suggestions?

@atacey01 I’m not sure. I still can’t believe it hasn’t been delivered by usps. I have the tracking number pulled up and it hasn’t updated since the 14th. I would suggest reaching out to posh or usps to see if the package should be marked as lost.

@katyb502 I contacted my local post office last week. I was asked to wait a week before reporting the package lost. I need a description of the package to report it lost so that they can try and locate it at the distribution center that last scanned the tracking. Thanks in advance! 🙂

@atacey01 if I remember right, it was a light gray large polymailer with maybe Macy’s or amazon logos on it.
It would have my SC return address.
