tashabarnes16 @missbelle2019 hey that could be for 2 reasons : she hasn’t seen the offer yet or she doesn’t want to accept it because it’s not the amount she’s is willing to accept....but normally if that’s the case I will counter offer back or just decline the offer because it’s too low
