Hi! I'm Angela and I am leaving Poshmark. Somewhere around 2012-2017 I purchased a wallet from Coach. When I resold this wallet, the buyer claimed it was fake leather. It was $20 before commission and I followed the no return policy, thus denying the buyer’s request for a return. Poshmark claimed they were unable to authenticate the wallet and granted the buyer a return. I made several attempts to inquire about the verification process and got no response. I have never bought or sold counterfeit items and refuse to participate in a forum where the buyer can so easily make false accusations which damage my reputation and be supported by the platform. I removed all available items from my closet and will not be re-listing with Poshmark. Accusations without reaching out to myself before making a decision show bias and disregard for the return policy in place and little regard for my rights as a seller. In my opinion Poshmark has failed to protect their sellers in an appropriate manner.
