cattie011 I’m so sorry that your snowman had a broken piece when received. It wasn’t broken when I packed him up and I really thought I had wrapped it well. Was the box damaged? Thank you for accepting it. If there is anything else in my closet that interests you, let me know and I’ll try to make up for this purchase. I always want anyone who buys from me to be happy. Again, I’m very sorry this happened. It’s the first time I’ve had a problem with shipping.
