Hi there. There was nothing wrong with the shoes and yes they are authentic. The seller didn't have the shoes dust bags or heel replacements. This was going to be a gift to my daughter, who would want all of these items. The seller couldn't locate them. If it wasn't a gift, I would have not sent back.
