ntconsignment Hi Angela, you recently purchased my black Coach sandals and I just read your review and wanted to apologize. The bows did break off a few years ago and I glued them back on and they seemed to be fine after that. I wonder if in the shipping process they were banged around and broke.. I am so sorry you received them like that, I would never send something broken! Again I apologize and if there is anything I can do let me know!
