raslanico @lowkaret we call it insult to the seller because when the buyer drop the price to that low that and expect that the seller will accept means she is sharper to price her item that high which is not true. Yup it easy to decline and we usually do it with lowballing offers but I don’t prefer that buyer receive a decline from the seller. However no way to be the same bag and new with tags for that price $23
