mksweety4u Hello. Thanks for ur purchase. I'm so sorry but the umbrellas usually come with a beautiful box and quilted cases, however, they were shipped to me seperately and the quilted case and box shipment got lost in the mail. I had it reshipped but it hasn't arrived yet. Can I ship u just the umbrella with the cover for now and then ship u the quilted case and box as soon as it arrives? I apologize for the inconvenience.

andreadelucia @mksweety4u Hi, thank you for letting me know, but i noticed that you are advertising another umbrella just like the one i bought that includes the quilted case and box. May i have that one instead? As a paid customer, i shouldn't have to wait for an item you don't have available; It raises many concerns. Would you be trust worthy and mail the rest of the items? should i only pay you partially?

mksweety4u @andreadelucia hi hun. All the umbrellas are listed with quilted case and box. Just my supplier reshipped the boxes and quilted cases and they haven't arrived. If ur not comfortable I can cancel the order, but I assure u, as soon as they come, ill ship and give u tracking. Similar situation just happened with a posher who bought a bundle and I ran out of an item, so I ordered it and shipped it seperately. Totally up to u. Lemme know.
