tinasarmoire @andreamathewson Part 2 • Improve Packaging R: Your item was perfectly packaged and shipped in its own sealed packaging, also inside a black envelope inside a mailing box. • Improve item cleanliness R: Your brand new Hermès string was never taken out of its original SEALED packaging. So, it couldn't be dirt at all.
