angelsglitters Hi there, I am the seller you just purchased 12 face masks from today. I am terribly sorry that for some reason I thought you ordered 10 instead of 12. I can believe I just made that mistake! Your order was shipped around 9 this morning. What I am going to do is ship the remaining two face masks at my own cost right away. angelsglitters @lovebugcheri89 my philosophy is always to do things right. I care more about my store’s prestige than money. I’m not making money for these masks for the sale price. I’m more than willing to make things right at my cost. I am just so happy I caught the mistake from the push notifications Poshmark sent me hours after I shipped it about item starts tracking. It’s all good!! I appreciate your understanding and sweetness!!! I left you messages and informed Poshmark as well.
