@kdilly it would actually be easier and less costly if you sent another shipping label from my address to the buyers. That way, it ships directly to her from here.
You can create one on USPS. Then email it to me to print out. If you can't figure it out, we can have Poshmark interven and do it for you.

Hi Amy, While I was packing item, I just noticed a very small hole at the bottom of the hoodie you just purchased. I'm so sorry I did not notice before. I'm very embarrassed. If you zoom in pic you can see it. It is in the front pocket at the bottom and does NOT go all the way through. If you no longer want it, I totally understand. :(
