squeakypie2017 So sorry to hear about your problem. Not sure what you mean by paint. Do you mean the dye? Possibly the tape made the handle sticky when I wrapped the tissue paper. If you have a leather cleaner try to remove the stickiness with that. Nothing harsh. Mine sincerest apologies. ☹️
