tiffztreasurez @adtaylor23 Yes, the hat does need to be glued on unfortunately and that’s why it’s priced so low! The other one sold for $20. I actually was cleaning it before storage and accidentally broke off the hat 🤦🏻‍♀️but other than that it’s in perfect condition. Never been drank out of. And I agree on shipping! Only other thing would be to wait till CCO tomorrow when Posh pays for reduced shipping. Thanks for understanding 💕
