Hi, unfortunately when I pack the necklace up it was in perfect condition I'm not sure if it was handled or thrown by the post office or why but I will be more than happy to give you a great deal on anything that you purchased from me and I am very very sorry. I believe you were supposed to contact Poshmark about anything like that
