krystaldenee I just wanted to give you an update on your package! I spoke with the PO on why there still wasn't a tracking number and they ASSURED me it will be there today. This is what I was told; there was an employee exposed to COVID and they were following protocol causing a delay. They wouldn't go into further detail other than it was "safety precautions". I cannot apologize enough! I do not want an upset customer and I will do what is necessary to make it right if you are in any way inconvenienced 💜

krystaldenee @amritakp Of course! Not a problem!!! I won't lie that I'm pretty frustrated myself, but I understand them wanting to take the proper precautions on their end. I usually see a tracking # within a day or so, so this is not the norm, unfortunately 😏

krystaldenee @amritakp Hey, I saw where the package was cancelled. I'm checking with the post office AGAIN when they open. My other 8 packages finally started tracking the day or day after I messaged you. Yours still has NOT. I'm quite ticked! I don't know how filing a claim goes on a lost package, but I guess I'm about to find out 🤦 After I speak with them, do you want me to ship a completely different package? I will include a free product for the trouble. This is just crazy 😕
