scheibtribe Hey there! I'm stumped for how to communicate with you directly, so hopefully you see this. Please let me know if you do. When I was packing the dress today, I noticed two faint black patches on the ends of both sleeves. I didn't catch them before and I'm so embarrased. They cannot be classified as excellent condition. I'd be happy to cancel your order altogether, or offer you one of the other dresses in its place. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience!

scheibtribe @johns261 Thanks so much for understanding. It looks like she leaned on her arms in something, if I had to guess I would say paint. Something at school. I have it in the dryer now, but the stain treatment and laundry sanitizer didn't seem to put a dent in it from what I could tell. I'm not sure how to post the photos because I don't think I can add images to a sold listing. I'll take another look and see if I can figure something out in the app!

johns261 @scheibtribe I appreciate you trying to get it out! This print is an absolute favorite here 😊 i found it hard to keep free of staining too with the white 😭 I guess if it doesn’t seem to come out with the treatment you Gabe I’ll pass on it. I super appreciate your honesty!

scheibtribe @johns261 Totally understandable!! We love stripes, as well. I feel terrible. I wish I had caught it earlier, but I'm so glad you didn't open the package and see it first. My daughter is one who doesn't really like to get dirty and just about everything she has tends to stay fresh looking. I'll move forward on canceling the order, so you'll probably get a notice about it sometime today! Thanks again for understanding! :)
