luxe_ory Hi you ordered a pair of Vince shoes from us and they got sent back to us because of a non deliverable address. We have reached out to you multiple times and haven’t heard back from you. Can you please advise what we need to do???

luxe_ory @amberrashiid that is the address we sent it to. If you look at the purchase page where it says in transit. We took a photo of the return sticker put on the box. Can you contact poshmark support to get a new mailing label. We will do the same to make sure you get your shoes. Usps says undeliverable address. So sorry that this has happened.

luxe_ory @amberrashiid I have reached out to poshmark support to issue us a new mailing label. We wish poshmark would do ups. We wouldn’t get paid if that happened. If you go to your purchases and click on the shoes you will see where it say conversation click on that. That is where postmark support responds to both of us. Sounds more complicated than it is. If you have any issues let us know. We are happy to help out.

luxe_ory @amberrashiid you have to update the address in your poshmark settings and then re purchase the item. It’s poshmarks policy to cancel the item and reorder it
