mzamandamarie Hey hun! You bout the gray Venus lace dress from me. I’m so sorry but it seems in the holiday frenzy there was labels switched on your garment and another buyer. Your dress will be coming back so when you get the package fro me it will be a blazer. I’m so so sorry. I’m new so I just need to see how to get it all switched back from Poshmark. mzamandamarie @ambersheeley Sorry hunny I got an email that you were sending the item back ? I contacted posh right away and let them know it was my mistake so they didn’t hold it up but it appears they have ignored my emails. Would you mind contacting them and asking for a shipping label (you will not be charged ) and that should fix it. I’m so sorry , I love Posh but across the board the customer service is not good. If I were able to contact you I would have had this all squared away same day 🤦🏼‍♀️
