Strange the jeans would smell like smoke! I have never smoked a day in my life and these were washed and stored for about 5 years. Thanks for putting that on my review.

@charmar100 maybe it was from storage. But either way I had to be honest. I washed them and they are fine now. I ordered 2 others that came the day after that were okay.
