fimmy Hey @amandalday84, I truly apologize if you feel as though you were ripped off. I would be willing to send you another pair of shoes as a make good for the shoes you received. I’m not sure why they fell apart on you and I feel really bad that that happened! I had those shoes for a bit and never had an issue with them. I wish you would have contacted me first because I could have rectified the issue. I’ve never had an issue selling on posh and have pretty good ratings as a seller.
