I’m very sorry your not happy with the shoe. I don’t know how a shoe fits one persons foot to the next person. I don’t wear a 7.5 this shoe was not my shoe. You could of asked me a question first and I would of told you this. I posted the shoe as it says in the shoe. If you look at my photos I posted it as a 7.5 and showed the photo from Steve Madden inside the shoe. I don’t know what I did wrong. So unfair of you to give such a poor rating when I gave all known details about the shoe.

Again, this was my first experience purchasing on this site, and it was so awful that I will never purchase shoes from this site again. The shoe was definitely not a regular 7.5 as that is the upper size that I wear in Steve Madden shoes. Maybe you should have more knowledge of the products you sell so that you can provide accurate descriptions such as "narrow" or "runs a size small". I'm not sure what you mean by "fair". The rating reflects my experience. I hope it spurs others to ask details.
