kshalkett Hi - I bought the Timberland kids boots from you. Canada Post won’t deliver them and they are being held in a secure facility. Any idea why? I’m trying to reach Canada Post but have been on hold for an hour so far.

kshalkett @a_zegers don’t call, you will be driven crazy by the hold music alone!!! I feel like just telling them to open it and see it’s kids boots. If I can’t get through now I will try later tonight when maybe it’s not as busy. I will keep you posted. It’s weird but then again everything is weird these days so it’s just par for the course. :-)

kshalkett @a_zegers they won’t deliver them. There is something wrong with the packaging they are saying and they have determined them to be undeliverable and have them in a secure location. I asked if you should call them about it to get them delivered back as they aren’t being shipped to me. They said to give you the service number of 138941934.

So I just got off the phone with Canada post and the lady I spoke to said there’s no problem with the package and it will be delivered. 🤷🏻‍♀️ She said sometimes with a larger package it goes to this secure and hold facility and then it will be released for delivery. She couldn’t say when exactly it’s coming but it will:) Thanks for your patience with all this! I hope you have a great holiday and all the best for 2021! 🎅

a_zegers @morganleecates ok I just got off the phone with Canada Post, because of covid cases at some postal locations, some parcels are being routed through Montreal, so the package was scanned in Montreal today and will head back to Toronto soon! They do have the correct address on it! 🤗 Hope you have a great weekend!

Then I went to the post office on Saturday only to find it moved to another location much further from my home, location I passed by today only to find it is closed on Sunday! 😭 I will drop it tomorrow at the PO near my workplace 🤞

covetgarment Hi! Sorry you’re not happy with you’re purchase. Since you didn’t ask any questions about the item, I find it strange that you would rate the transaction on the poor description. All measurements were available on the original posting of the item by the posher I bought it from. 🤷‍♀️

a_zegers @cathlincourt the pit to pit measurements were off in the original listing by almost 3”:( Not 18.5” but 21” across. Also it may have been helpful to say tag says medium but fits more like a L to XL.
