amandakatebass @gatadelbronx Please understand that I have no control over this. Not only did Poshmark take a long time but now shipping delays. Are you not getting updates on the shipping as I am via this app? I am. Also please I understand the frustration but getting mad and coming at me does nothing. Your item is already shipped to you- have you reached out to poshmark about this?!

amandakatebass @gatadelbronx Because once it was at their facility it has 100% out of MY CONTROL. I do not know what exactly you expect me to do? I do not have even the tracking info or carrier info from who POSHMARK used to ship from THEIR facility. I shipped the item, they authenticated it and as you haven’t received it - I also haven’t gotten my money released but I’m not messaging you about that because it’s in poshmark hands and it is under THEIR CONTROL.

amandakatebass @gatadelbronx This has been my first experience selling with them and we will not be back for this very reason. The other girl who bought also has had same issues but she understands that it is not something I can change or I would. Believe me you want your bag, I want you to get your bag and I would like my money. Please once again as I have stated in all the messages above and multiple times in this message that please understand this is poshmark not me.

amandakatebass @gatadelbronx Plus doesn’t help that weather in the areas where I live and the hub that poshmark is in was extremely bad and delayed and even stopped shipping and everything has been backed up since. So if you would like to complain please do so to poshmark since they have control completely of this process. I do not!

amandakatebass @gatadelbronx I wouldn’t honestly. This has been horrible experience as a seller for me even. I understand it doesn’t change your frustration as it doesn’t change mine but getting mad at me doesn’t help or change anything because I’m not the one you should be mad at.

amandakatebass @gatadelbronx They don’t answer to sellers either. I get same automated email and no phone number. The bag shouldn’t have taken so long to authenticate since it also had all the documents with it. So I understand that your frustration doesn’t change but directing it to me isn’t going to help or change since I’m not the one holding it up or causing the issues and I haven’t been.

amandakatebass @gatadelbronx I understand that. Yes girl it is a MESS. I have a website and my own company that not only gives my FB VIPs discount codes and more but also no extra fees to make the price higher. I release new inventory every other week. So you are welcome to see what you think. They might have removed the card I sent you with business cards in it though.
