Hi, Thank you for purchasing the Burberry rain boots. I just wanted to let you know that I mailed them out immediately but the post office has sent me an email saying there is a shipping delay. Sorry it’s taking so long to get to you! I hope they are worth the wait! Take care! KG

Hi Amanda, I checked again on your package today and was saddened to see it still has not arrived. I’m so sorry. I am going to contact Posh because I think they should refund your shipping charges if it takes 10+ days. Hopefully you get your boots before I hear back. Thanks for your patience!

@amtt1819 Yay! I’m so happy you love them. I haven’t had much luck with posh so far. I’ve contacted them 3 times now and they have respond rather quickly. However no one has answered the refund question! Everyone gives me an answer about shipping. I will keep trying bc I just don’t think it’s right. And I will let you know if they reply with an answer regarding a refund for you. In the meantime, enjoy the boots!

Hi Amanda, I just wanted to follow up again - I did not forget about you. Posh keeps giving me different answers that are generic about shipping and it says I can reply then to their email & I haven't had any luck there either. I'm so sorry. If you contact them - pls feel free to use my name and say it's ok for them to contact me. All I can think of is maybe they need to hear directly from the buyer for a shipping refund?!?!
