bpour09 I am so sorry you were disappointed with the necklace. I never tried it on so I never notice anything wrong with the magnet. You usually have 3 days from the time you receive the item to open a case if there is anything wrong. I would have gladly take it back. Once the 3 days pass it’s out of my hand. Try and reach to Poshmark and see what they say. I am sorry again
