annaliz87 Isn't 3 stars kind of harsh for perfume? I appreciate the comment because it is helpful, and now that I know, it won't happen again. But a bad rating (for what I meant as good intentions) is damaging to a person's future sales.

ajogood1 @annaliz87 I saw 3 stars as average--right in the middle. Is there a description for the number of stars? If so, I will gladly take a look and adjust it if it's more appropriate. I certainly do not mean to damage anyone's reputation. I tried to just not rate it at all because I didn't want to sound overly critical, but the reminder to give a rating was very persistent.

I genuinely appreciate the comment, because that was a rookie mistake on my part and I wouldn't have changed if someone hadn't let me know. I do apologize for overwhelming you. Definitely the last thing I want to do.

annaliz87 @ajogood1 If you feel like the comment plus the rating are helpful for myself and future buyers, then leave it as it is. The only problem is that it reflects on the overall average of a seller, which is what Poshmark uses when they reward sellers by recommending them to other members.

It is outside of what I have budgeted for a coat right now. Plus, it's for my teenaged daughter, and I'm not confident that she would appreciate/care for such a nice piece at her age. ❤
