vannyc4786 I am absolutely heartbroken about this sweater... I am glad that you opened a case. It was boxed up and sent out, though later than expected, by my husband. I have never had anything like this happen. I know that I receive $50 insurance on the item, so I am sure that PM will give you a FULL refund. Unfortunately, though, the sweater seems to be lost. Did USPS send you a message? Or put anything on the package regarding damage?

dny928 I shipped your dress last Monday but USPS will not deliver due to an animal interference. Your local post office has your package. Can you please check with them about delivery, they need the receiver to contsct to release the package. I contacted Poshmark about this issue also.
