blackwhiteluv Hi! This is janette who you bought the tennis skirt from. I am so sorry it didnt fit. Sizing is tricky but I have to put the size that is on the tag on my listings. I would be so grateful if you could change my star rating to more than a three because that rating has nothing to do with fit. It means there was something undisclosed about the item or it took too long to receive etc. I would be happy to send you the skirt I have with the elastic waist. I feel really bad.😥

blackwhiteluv @travelingbug86 I'm not sure how. Its already been deposited and push took their 20% so they won't pay for shipping for you. I think it's hardly worth it since I got very little but I can measure my other one and give you a good discount. You could also relist it but mention it runs small. I'm a asz 4 too so it's weird that it was tight. Relist it so you can get all your money back though.
